I rented it to open as a restaurant

The townhouse has 3 stories for 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a reasonably large area but without furniture. I rented it to open as a restaurant because there are many offices here. The road in front of the house is wide enough to park both motorbikes and cars. As the project is near Chiang Mai-Phrao Road, the main road which I can reach in a few meters, It's convenient for the customers to find my restaurants.
