My wife and I live in Supalai Veranda Ramkamhaeng (SVR) for a bit more than 1 year. We purchased a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo here and are very happy. It is surprisingly quiet to live here.
The main advantages of SVR and our place are:

Convenient transportation, near the school

This condo is close to the university and Rajamangala National Stadium, crowded with many people, both working age groups and students. It can be a convenient choice for anyone because this condo is also convenient for transportation by expressway. It is easy for me to get around the city as there are many shortcuts, but the traffic is quite busy in the evening. Overall the environment is quite good, and it is one of the reasons I have been renting the room here. My one-bedroom unit has the size of about 30 square meters. It is divided into proportions, fully furnished with good furniture and decorations. I am also very impressed with the project's facilities such as a pool, sauna room, gym, a lovely garden on the rooftop, co-working space, and CCTV. It's a very nice place!
