When I moved here, I encountered one problem. It was not impressed because the door is broken and makes the room disturbing outside noise. However, the project has been repaired currently. The project location can be called okay. It is near Don Muang Airport, and there is a shuttle bus service to the airport as well. It's easy to travel to different places. In the future, there will be a BTS pass through the neighborhood. In addition, the common area has a reading room, swimming pool, and fitness center, so I think it's worth both the investment and the living. There is also a 7-Eleven, drug store, and many restaurants on the ground floor. Also, it is close to the office, super convenient !!
Small room but good location

The project is a low-rise building consists of 8 floors with five buildings in total. The size of the room is relatively small, and the unit area is limited. The bathroom is very tiny. However, the location situates on the prime area surrounding a 7-Eleven located on-site and the opposite street of the project; there are Maxvalu, a cafe Amazon, and McDonald's. Besides, the project is also near Don Muang airport. It takes about 10 minutes.

The condo has good facilities such as a swimming pool, library, co-working area, and fitness. My room is a 1-bedroom unit, providing modern in-room facilities and usability. It makes my daily life more comfortable. Besides, both sides can travel to Vibhavadi Road, which connects with many routes. It is very convenient, and there are many excellent restaurants nearby—just a few minutes by car.

I bought the condominium because of its location, as I consider short-term necessities and long-term benefits. My workplace is near IT Square, so it’s close to the project so that I can spend only 10 minutes going to my workplace. It’s also worth the investment as there will be 3 BTS stations nearby, the Pink Line, the Dark Red Line, and the Dark Green Line. I’m also impressed with the room. I bought a fully-furnished one with a full of facilities. As I stay on the second floor, sometimes it can be a bit noisy. If you need privacy, I’d recommend you to look for the room on the higher floors. Anyway, it’s the right choice for living and investment.

We invested in this condo for speculating sale in the future because the price of a 1-bedroom room is relatively low. Even though the room size is not very wide, but also has fully furnished and beautifully decorated. The project facilities here are everything: swimming pool, gym, sky garden, and shops. Although the area is developing and not prosperous, it's close to Don Mueang airport. I believe that the sky train will pass the area for sure in the future, so it is a very suitable investment.
