The unit is located on the second floor which is safe and easy for evacuation in case of fire and offer many advantages over the higher floor units. Two elevators are always in service if required. The occupation rate, both weekdays and weekends, are very low becaue most of the owners are living in Bangkok. Therefore, you will enjoy the outdoor facilities with peace and quiet all the time.  The Housing Association (HA) has a maid service at a small fees, if required. The premise has 24/7 security service and the HA office operates 6 days a week. Public transportation to go to Hua Hin town center and Khao Takieb is also available between 6 Am and 6 PM with local small buses. Macro supermarket and a few seafood restaurants are in a walking distance. In additon, Tops and Gourmet markets and Grab do deliver groceries and foods to this unit.  If you need medical attention, Hua Hin hospital is just one km away and Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin also have ambulance service for emergency medical requirement.  All of the above will make your retirement life easy, comfortable, and at peace.

    It's such a hidden gem in Hua Hin City

    It's such a hidden gem in Hua Hin City because this condo is next to Hua Hin Beach, providing a perfect atmosphere like a private beach. It's also close to Hua Hin Airport, just a short drive passing the airport. The project site is pleasant, tranquil, and private. Facilities are also complete, including the swimming pool, gym, barbecue party service, and laundry service, as well as a security guard. The room that I bought is a 2-bedroom unit, spacious and well-decorated. The furniture provided is also high in quality. My room offers a coconut plantation view from the balcony, and the next side is the Hua Hin Beach view. It's very satisfying to relax here.
