A modern and beautifully-designed house with functional space. The house comes with an indoor parking space for 2 cars. My house has 3 bedrooms with a private swimming pool. The project itself has high privacy, as there are only 14 units. I like that the house has a lot of lighting panels so that the natural light and wind could come in and save the bill! The house's direction is perfect for good wind flow, so it's quite airy. The house's materials are of high quality, modern, and fits perfectly into the house design. Around the project is quite pleasant and surrounded by nature. It's perfect for those who love the privacy and get away from the chaotic environment. Plus, it's easy to get to Jomtien Beach, about 10 kilometers or 30 minutes to Terminal Pattaya, a shopping and community mall.
