i graduated from bangkok and returned to my home in hua hin for 3 years to work. i want to buy a house to build stability for myself. i've looked at many projects, but my friend recommended this project because the price is reasonable. the house design is simple and modest. then, i have booked the house with three bedrooms, and it will take about seven months to build a house, or maybe it will be finished before. however, i can inspect the construction process anytime. the road in the project is also extensive. driving cars in opposite directions is easy, making the project look airy and non-crowded. the staff and the security guards are so friendly. i wish i could meet nice neighbors. although the project here is small, there is a large communal pool with sunbeds for the residents. i feel impressed!

project location into the alley quite deep but the project has been taken care of. the central part has a security guard and a communal swimming pool. the house has both a one-story and two-story style.

beautiful condo, building divided on two sides (north and south) there is a long pool in the middle, flanking the two buildings to the sheraton hotel area. you can use the fitness and facilities from the hotel. there is a 24-hour security system, opposite the fn outlet. there are restaurants not far from the official or you can eat from the hotel. next to petchkasem road comfortable travel

i bought a house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a private swimming pool. at that time, i bought a resale house for a good price too, which is a rare price for a house with full functionality. it is convenient to go everywhere and not far from bangkok. i have to travel to bangkok for my work very often. also, it is close to hua hin airport, so i decided to buy a house here. my kids and my wife love it here because it is close to shopping malls and convenience stores, where they can go when getting bored. in general, i think it is excellent and perfect for the family because it is close to schools and hospitals. apart from that, the project facilities are amazing, and the guards are lovely and responsible, never fall asleep during their work. i always bring them snacks. i think the house here is suitable for a vacation home because it is quiet and non-crowded. importantly, the price is also reasonable.

the atmosphere is very satisfying. the condo is within reach of cha am beach and hua hin airport. traveling is convenient because it is not far from the main road. the village is quiet and secure. the neighbors are friendly. most of them bought the houses and came for their vacation from time to time. the security guard did a very good job. another good thing is that the selling price is not pricey at all compared to other beachside locations such as phuket and pattaya, so i decided to buy a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa for my family vacation home. the villa is well designed, romantic, attractive, well proportioned, and has good ventilation. i feel like my energy is fully charged every time i come here, and i would definitely recommend it for those seeking a home for vacation.

i came on vacation with my friends for 5-6 people. we chose to stay here because the atmosphere is quiet. it is very suitable for leisure, and the price is reasonable. so, we chose a house with 3 bedrooms, the area was spacious and easy to get around. i secretly thought that the room must be old and unattractive, but when we got there, it was surprising. the room was very beautiful, clean, private, and safe. also, it is close to the city, and the atmosphere around the project is shady. therefore, for anyone who wants to take a quality vacation, you won't be disappointed, and you can recharge your batteries.

during the long holiday, i used to have the opportunity to take a vacation here because my friend recommended it. the atmosphere and the people staying are not too crowded. the location is right next to the beach, quiet, shaded by trees and sandy beaches. the most favorite would be the swimming pool as it is large and spacious. you can choose as comfortable as you want to swim. we like the swimming pool in front of the beach because it's beautiful, overlooking the sea view beautifully. the security system is also excellent. the maintenance here is considered perfect because as the building has been built for many years, it is in good condition. apart from that, the staff gave a warm welcome and were friendly.
moreover, the facilities are also complete, comprising a large swimming pool and a communal gym with little equipment. the downside for this place will be insufficient car parking, needed to park for double cars. in general, it is alright compared to the atmosphere and comfortable vacation.

i am interested in buying a room condo because i work at hua hin airport and not far from here. the transportation is also convenient, just a few minutes drive to hua hin airport. also, this neighborhood is good, near the supermarket and makro hua hin. more importantly, no traffic jams. the room i bought is a 2-bedroom, with approximately 72 square meters, which is spacious. i stay alone, and sometimes my parents visit me. i like this place because it is right next to the beach, where i can go for a walk at cha am beach anytime. i think the selling price is not that expensive either. oh !! i bought a second-hand room from a famous real estate website. it is fully furnished—no need for any additional decorations, overlooking the beautiful sea view and mountain view. there is also a balcony, but not very wide. the disadvantage here is that the balcony is not the same size, some rooms feature spacious balconies and some feature narrow. i cannot place a large table to sit and watch the view. but it's not an important issue for me. here, there are daily and monthly rental services for tourists as well. therefore, during the festivals and long holidays, it will be a little crowded and lively. for those who love the sea ambiance, not far from the beach, i recommend staying here.

i made the right decision to choose here as a vacation rental condo. the room i bought is a one-bedroom room, and it looks very spacious with a good allocation of space. all equipment is provided. it's considered very convenient because it has both in the part of the resort and the residential area offers all resort-style facilities. besides, the management system is perfect. there is always staff available to assist us. in terms of location, it is very excellent as it is located a little away from cha-am beach. the atmosphere is tranquil and suitable for relaxation. those who like to take photos should not miss it as there is venezia hua hin and a chic floating market in the neighborhood. i can assure that you are absolutely satisfied.
last but not least, i would like to say that this place is not far from bangkok. it takes only a few hours to travel, so it is very suitable for anyone looking for a quality vacation condo. travel is not difficult.

first of all, i can tell that this condo has just been completed a few years ago. i have reserved it since the first opening for sale at a price of only a million baht, and a 1-bedroom size may be small for me, but i intend to buy it for rent because i like the design and decoration. the location is close to cha-am beach conveniently, near many roads, and close to many important places, including hospitals, restaurants, and convenience stores. this area also has a food delivery service to the room. the project facilities are considered complete, including a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. however, my room is on the 18th floor, giving a perfect view of the sea and the city. such a wonderful thing that i've never seen before! even during the near sunset, it gives incredible scenery. i would recommend anyone who wants to buy a compact room to live in or rent; it is suitable for this price.
